My name is Patrick S. Kennedy. I am from Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. I am 53 years old and married. I had been working in different lines of work dealing with different kinds of people. My background includes a record of experiences and achievements: a route driver for a courier company. Inside sales, senior warehouseman, shop iron worker, materials handler and customer service activities for an industrial materials company.
I had TESOL/TESL/TEFL training and got a certificate from Oxford Seminars. I came to Cambodia in 2011 and made it my home. I started teaching at NYIS in the GEP program for a year. I continued to teach at High Bridge School teaching grades 2, 3, 4 and 6. With all these teaching experiences I had, I am able to understand Cambodian culture better today and it helps me to teach more effectively.
